    • 1.5lb. Loaf Recipe
    • 3 cups bread flour
    • 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
    • 1/4 cup dry milk powder
    • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2 tablespoons white sugar
    • 1 1/4 cups warm water (110 degrees F)
    • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
    Instructions
    1. Before you start, be sure that all of your work surfaces and utensils are clean. Check that your bread machine is fully assembled, with kneading paddle in place. Have a cooling rack nearby, for easy access. You may also want to use a digital thermometer to check the bread when it’s done.
    2. Add all ingredients to the bread machine pan as directed by the manufacturer. Select the White Bread cycle. Press start. Feel free to open the lid and check the dough. The bread machine will mix, knead, rise and bake the dough.
    3. When the bread is finished baking; remove from bread machine. The digital thermometer should read between 200-210 degrees. Place on wire cooling rack. Let bread cool for at least 10 minutes before removing it from the pan. Let the bread cool completely before slicing.
